I understand it is a busy holiday. We arrived on time and expected a little wait. Our drinks came right away. After an hour and a half, almost 2 hours we never received our appetizers or any food. After inquiring we received our meals. One steak still uncooked at the center. Unfortunately we had to send it back to finish cooking. It wasn't even rare, it was raw. Christmas Day family dinner …. I don’t know what could have been worse.. the place was cold and the service was terrible. 4:15 reservations for dinner and we didn’t get our food till almost 6:00. It took half hour for our waiter to even get to our table for drink order to start .. Unbelievable….. the thing that I don’t get is that the place has been there so long .. Horrible after waiting 2 and a half hours for our dinner for 2. My steak was cold. And then the bus boy slams shut the tea box in my dates face after she chose her tea. The place looks run down. Bathrooms gross. Would never eat there again. Not sure how theres so many reviews
Poor service from start to finish unfortunately. We sat for an hour before getting our drinks. Server wasn’t even apologetic despite the neglect. Food was great and the manager did wind up comping the apps and a round of drinks, but it doesn’t change that this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
Did not enjoy like we used to. Food very bland .
Food lacked any sort of presentation- appetizers were just tossed on the plate - salad was overly dressed, lettuce was soggy and not crisp. I feel as if there has been a big change since I was there the last time, but when I asked, I was told same owners, nothing has changed. I will not be returning.
Service took forever, we finished our appetizers 15 minutes before our drinks were served. The waiters kept holding our glasses by the rim as they lifted them to poor water.
We explained to our server a member of the group had a severe nut allergy and were told not to worry. She got the salmon dish that did not say nuts were included. When it came out there was a ring of pesto sauce around her entire meal that she figured initially maybe was basil. After another member of the party tried the sauce we discovered it was pesto. There seemed to only be 2 waiters in the entire dining room on a very busy Saturday night. This was actually our second attempt at dining here due to the crowd (1st time was after COVID reopening, left because the place was packed after waiting for 35 minutes). The food was overpriced for nothing really spectacular and the service slow. I do not think I’ll go back.
