Had early reservation but place was packed so they put us by bar side which was so packed people were leaning on my chair so annoying they mush have overbooked...steak was terrible .never going there again...to many great places around...live and learn.
Wife ordered a dish and requested no mushrooms due to allergy. Dish came with mushrooms. Kitchen should have told waiter that mushrooms were a part of the sauce. Wife then ordered pork chops. They were thin and had no taste and way overpriced. My pasta dish was the only good part of our meal. Overpriced and und flavored and prepared would sum up our experience. Not to be repeated!
Food is average but pricy. I would not be returning. Made a reservation but they overbooked.
We were 15 minutes early when my party arrived, so I figured there might be a small wait. The young lady at the check-in podium was engaged with a party before us. She took an extraordinarily long time to address my party after she seated the party before us which later appeared to be friends of hers. She then begins to seat other parties waiting in the bar area without asking my name or reservation time. Service and food were terrible We will not be going back
I had a reservation for 7:45 through Open Table. Got there 10 minutes early to check in and there was a line. Speaking to other parties waiting, they also had reservations earlier than mine and had been waiting for 30 minutes. Finally we got seated after 40 minutes and then waited another 30 minutes for our appetizers which were cold. I had been here 1 other time and the food was much better than this experience. Food was horrible, not sure what happened to that place used to be good.
I understand it’s a holiday evening (Christmas night), but service was inferior. Lately, service seems to be slower and slower, but 2 1/2 hours for 2 people to dine in a non European restaurant is simply unacceptable on Long Island. Moreover, some income T items were brought to the table, even after pointing to them on the menu when ordering.To top it all - the restaurant lost WiFi, forcing staff to prepare checks by hand. Steaks were raw and my pork dish was not edible. Took it home for my dogs. Spent over $400 dollars and had worst meal ever
