HOMELESS DUE TO LEASING AGENTS LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. (I tried leaving a Google review but they keep burying it somehow). I had applied for unit 509 on Kistler Lane last month and my application was approved, I signed the lease agreement, paid my deposit and was set to move-in July 30th. My current situation at Thousand Oaks At Austin Ranch Apartment Complex, I’m dealing with along with a few other issues I’ve endured… On Monday, July 20, 2026, my apartment’s AC stopped working due to a compressor issue, and I submitted a service request to have it repaired. While the maintenance team did provide a tiny portable AC unit, it only cools a small portion of my bedroom—not even the entire room—which I discovered on Tuesday morning. Your concerns are noted and while we are waiting for our vendor to come out and address, we hope you can adjust to using the portable AC we have temporarily placed in your home for relief. While we understand this is not ideal, we do all we can to assist when AC units need a vendor for warrantied parts.
DO NOT move here and im sure this is how all Billingsley properties are ran, so I wouldn't recommend moving into anything this company owns/manages. They probably pay any positive review. I've lived here for 18 months, and it's been a nightmare since the day I moved in literally. I typed out about 10 different instances of them not fixing things and then realized no one cares. I’ve lived here a bit over 2 years, and in that time I’ve noticed a significant decrease in the quality of service, amenities, and management. Safety has also become an issue, with numerous cases of cars having wheels stolen & being left on blocks. At one time, a man was going around the complex exposing himself and following women home. Management does not seem capable of fixing or preventing any of these issues.
