Two stars but they are not asking. Experience there was okay but beware leaving. They will nickle and dime (for us it was $750 after negotiation) on departure and there is nothing you can do about it. Do not mount anything such as a spice rack in the pantry and TV mounts on the walls. You will be charged. We were charged for the remaining live of carpet at the front door (10 months) after over 4 years of being a tenant. It dost me over $500. We had steam cleaned the carpet numerous times. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management couldn’t care less about anything and the staff is clueless. When I initially moved into the complex, one of the male leasing agents took it upon himself to randomly show up at my door and try to strike up a conversation. He absolutely abused his position and used his job as a way to hit on women. I lived at this complex for over 3 years. The month after I moved in, I submitted maintenance requests and emails regarding water leakage/mold issues. These issues were never fixed. At some point they came and painted over the mold (but any slightly intelligent person knows that doesn’t FIX the issue). I escalated this issue many times and advised that their negligence was causing damage to the unit (drywall completely saturated and crumbling, windowsills warped and bowing from constant water, etc).
