We cancelled them like 3 years ago they are saying we did not! and charged my bank account the clinic in cedar hill the worst customer care ive ever had, will not be back rude rude tryed to handle business because it went over 5 minutes they canceled my dog appt was so rude .

Whatever you do dont sign the consent form.. we had everything laid out on the plan of execution and charges and when we went to pick up out cat the bill was 100 dollars more, on the high end of course, than what was laid out on the estimate with a few additional charges that we were not notified of. Whats the point of a consent of charges? Of course you have to pay to get your pets first. We will NEVER come back.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I scheduled a check up for my dog and he is a bit high anxiety but when we got here we waited and we were called in. Wendy checked us in and was very rude over the phone and kept calling from a "private number" but the call dropped and bc of the pandemic we didnt want to just walk in but there was no way to go call her back bc she called from a blocked number. I had to put one star to write this. These people were rude, my dog came back SHAKING. I normally come here but after this I will not be returning. I appreciate the medication for my baby but I will take my business elsewhere. Don't bring your fur babies here.

if i could give yall negative starts i will !!!!!!! i don't know who the fuck hired that rude ass person thats answering the phone but he needs to go!!!!! first of all he answered the phone mumbling i didnt even catched his name, then i asked him very politely bc i do have manners "how much was a heart worm test" and he literally so bothered by my question! takes maybe 30 seconds to even respond "let me look it up" again mumbling ! as i'm waiting he asked something and i said to him "i'm sorry i can barely hear you" so i gue... read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I have 6 dogs that go here and everytime I am waiting an hour and half for my appointment! I Just waited a week for back to back appointments to bring in 2 dogs and was 9 minutes late due to the construction going on down the ENTIRE road to get to them and we are in the middle of a pandemic so you must remain in your vehicle. The name is deceiving, there is nothing affordable about this place besides the consultation fee. The people here only care about getting paid NOT your pets if you want somebody to care about your pet needs don't go here. The customer service is also highly disappointing. The front desk receptionist purposely disconnected me multiple times after being left on hold for over 5 minutes, and after I finally spoke to her she rudely hung up on me.

This incident happened some months back, I brought all 3 of my pitbulls to this place since they opened. Never had a bad experience here at this facility, my dogs loved the doctor. We had the last appointment of the day, my dog had an ear infection and I wanted him treated for it. I had $300 in my pocket and dropped it twice in the lobby. My boyfriend kept picking it up for me, I once again put it in my pocket. We were the only people there. No more customers were allowed in, the doors were locked. I took my dog, Duke, there today for shots, heartworm medicine and a nail trim. This was the first time I've been to this location of Thrive (I've been to the one on Ella) but choose this one since it's closer to where I now live. The vet tech came in to introduce herself and go over the purpose of my visit. She then left the room. I then expected the veterinarian to enter, meet my dog and explain what was going to happen (that is what was done at the Ella Thrive).
