Made an appointment for vaccine and at latst minute noticed she was scratching by her ear so when we filled out the online question form we noted it. Got their early when checking in questionnaire didn't go thru so the girl up front re did it for us. Got in the exam room and the tech was just not receptive or personal at all told her about the scratching and was needing some medicine for it that had worked that a different place had prescribed and was cut off and told that today was for vaccine only she would have to come ba... read more

The first couple of times we took a dog in it was OK. The price is good. Be careful of their scheduling times. But, today we took our youngest dog in for a spaying. We have 3 other older and larger female dogs. I picked her up and was shocked. Her incision is 3 inches long and exremely jagged. It just doesn't seem neat and tidy like I would expect. She is only about 16 inches from base of tail to neck and she weighs 15 pounds. All of our other dogs are much larger dog breeds and their incisions were never longer th... read more

Not super impressed with Thrive, they are not affordable at all. If you're taking your new puppy for shots, be prepared to pay $59 three times since they make you go get shots 3 times. For some reason they don't like to give puppies all of their shots all at once like any other vet. But whatever i'm already 3 appointments in, I might as well finish it off. they quite literally lost my cat in the rafters and then some women with makeup like a clown told me she wouldn't be able to guarantee they'd be able to find her. the vet office room had a whole entire hole in the ceiling. the vet tech even mentioned the hole and how we should move rooms. we turn our backs for 2 seconds and the cat is in the ceiling and they're telling me they can't find her and they don't have a ladder to get her. please go somewhere else for the safety of your own pets. i highly recommend BARC.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! I took my cat in for a sore on her neck and was told that it is just a scab. It had pus and blood on it. I had to take her to another vet and they had to give her antibiotics and steroids for the open sore on her neck. Seriously a scab!? This vet needs to have her license revoked!!!

We cancelled them like 3 years ago they are saying we did not! and charged my bank account the clinic in cedar hill the worst customer care ive ever had, will not be back rude rude tryed to handle business because it went over 5 minutes they canceled my dog appt was so rude .

Whatever you do dont sign the consent form.. we had everything laid out on the plan of execution and charges and when we went to pick up out cat the bill was 100 dollars more, on the high end of course, than what was laid out on the estimate with a few additional charges that we were not notified of. Whats the point of a consent of charges? Of course you have to pay to get your pets first. We will NEVER come back.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I scheduled a check up for my dog and he is a bit high anxiety but when we got here we waited and we were called in. Wendy checked us in and was very rude over the phone and kept calling from a "private number" but the call dropped and bc of the pandemic we didnt want to just walk in but there was no way to go call her back bc she called from a blocked number. I had to put one star to write this. These people were rude, my dog came back SHAKING. I normally come here but after this I will not be returning. I appreciate the medication for my baby but I will take my business elsewhere. Don't bring your fur babies here.
