First I want to start off by saying I was completely satisfied with my experience with the Vet. She was nice and very informative about my dog and even gave me advice on how to keep plaque from building. If the service had stopped here, I would definitely come back; however, it sadly did not. This was our first visit to this location, we had been very pleased with the staff and experience at the Champion Forest office but NOT this one. We took our corgi in a week ago for anesthesia and surgical removal of a torn toenail per the doctor's recommendation. When we picked him up they informed us that they had over sedated him and did not even get the toenail out because it was "too hard to" (all they did was barely clip the toenail).
