THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I have 6 dogs that go here and everytime I am waiting an hour and half for my appointment! I Just waited a week for back to back appointments to bring in 2 dogs and was 9 minutes late due to the construction going on down the ENTIRE road to get to them and we are in the middle of a pandemic so you must remain in your vehicle. The name is deceiving, there is nothing affordable about this place besides the consultation fee. The people here only care about getting paid NOT your pets if you want somebody to care about your pet needs don't go here. The customer service is also highly disappointing. The front desk receptionist purposely disconnected me multiple times after being left on hold for over 5 minutes, and after I finally spoke to her she rudely hung up on me.

This incident happened some months back, I brought all 3 of my pitbulls to this place since they opened. Never had a bad experience here at this facility, my dogs loved the doctor. We had the last appointment of the day, my dog had an ear infection and I wanted him treated for it. I had $300 in my pocket and dropped it twice in the lobby. My boyfriend kept picking it up for me, I once again put it in my pocket. We were the only people there. No more customers were allowed in, the doors were locked. I took my dog, Duke, there today for shots, heartworm medicine and a nail trim. This was the first time I've been to this location of Thrive (I've been to the one on Ella) but choose this one since it's closer to where I now live. The vet tech came in to introduce herself and go over the purpose of my visit. She then left the room. I then expected the veterinarian to enter, meet my dog and explain what was going to happen (that is what was done at the Ella Thrive). As others have said, the Thrive clinic on 1960 does not take walk ins. I've had awful experiences trying to get our dog into the clinic. There are very few late or weekend appointments. This past Saturday they were closed even though the sign says they are open all day. Our dog's ear was actively bleeding and the staff would not see her. I offered to wait, but they wouldn't budge. Zero customer service. We will not visit Thrive Vet again.

Nobody was at the desk so we had to wait a good 25+ minutes before anybody helped us. We were taken back into a room where we waited another 30+ minutes with nobody coming in. And then when we were finally seen the vet was very short and did not answer any questions in any kind of quality way. Just so you all know...this location will NOT take walk-ins despite what the website and their front door says. My last visit, I saw the receptionist turn away a pet that had visibly bloody sores from scratching due to allergies. Not cool receptionist. Yes I know...walk-it's can spoil the day but come on! Do NOT go here. We were late for a follow up appointment today with my fairly new dog. The traffic lights in the area were out of sync because of construction on 290, which I get it. We were late for a 1pm appointment and we got there at like.. 1:15 maybe 1:20 and I expected a delay. But we weren't told that or anything.
