Thrive Affordable Vet Care has the most professional and caring staff. Dr. Rowland is very compassionate and takes her time to answer all your questions/concerns. I highly recommend this clinic that is very affordable. The facility is very clean and organized. Dr. Rowland called with Pepe's results immediately and had a plan of care to take action. She is making it easier to understand what is best to heal him. For such awful news they are making it much easier for me and our family. I truly love and appreciate this clinic.

Fast, cost effective and friendly staff. I was able to make a last minute appointment here to get my Pug a check-up and his shots. The price was at least 1/2 the cost of my previous vet. I could overhear the Vet checking Bear in the other room and she was being so sweet to him even though she didn't know I could hear. I highly suggest giving Thrive a shot (and your dog a shot from Thrive) .. I know I'm lame

Amazing doctors and techs. Affordable prices, especially the $10 exam fee. The staff is very caring and informative. I'd recommend making an appointment and you will be seen a couple of minutes after you walk in the door if not, immediately! I recommend coming here.

Went there for my dog's hurt paw and they didn't do anything for him. Told me to go to some ER. Wasted my 120$ on medications and had to go to two more vets to get him stitches. Won't ever go here again.

Called to schedule vaccinations for my new pet and they gave me the total price I will be paying for that location. When they called me back the same day to change the time they changed the price to $90 more than the original. Don't waste your time or money.

Went in for a wellness checkup and told them I requested a nail trim also. They take the dog to the back and come back with no nail trim. She wasn't going to say anything until I asked. Then she said " oh he didn't want to keep still so we were not able to do it. We can do it his next appointment in 3 weeks. I let her know he really needs it. She says oh they look fine to me. Dont take your dog here. they dont care about your animal they took my dog for 40 minutes in the back for a fecal test and brought him back scared as hell in a muzzle, these people are lucky I didnt fight them. it may be cheap but if you love your animal dont take them to this location plenty of other thrives to go to, just avoid the Eldridge location.

I would use no stars if that was an option. I have wasted my time by returning to this place many times. I should've learned my lesson the first time. I've been a customer here for many years and it's always been a hassle or a battle just to get something simple done. They are inconsiderate. They don't care to accommodate you or your pet. Was emailed my cat was overdue for a check up for vaccinations, fecal parasites, etc. Made appointment for 2:15 , first after their break. Arrived at 2:08. Asked same questions I had already answered online. Was put in a room where she was weighed and waited for 50 minutes for the vet to come in , listen to her breathing, feel her, look at her teeth and ass. I was charged for fecal parasite testing! I spent 189.50
