Went in for a wellness checkup and told them I requested a nail trim also. They take the dog to the back and come back with no nail trim. She wasn't going to say anything until I asked. Then she said " oh he didn't want to keep still so we were not able to do it. We can do it his next appointment in 3 weeks. I let her know he really needs it. She says oh they look fine to me. Dont take your dog here. they dont care about your animal they took my dog for 40 minutes in the back for a fecal test and brought him back scared as hell in a muzzle, these people are lucky I didnt fight them. it may be cheap but if you love your animal dont take them to this location plenty of other thrives to go to, just avoid the Eldridge location.

I would use no stars if that was an option. I have wasted my time by returning to this place many times. I should've learned my lesson the first time. I've been a customer here for many years and it's always been a hassle or a battle just to get something simple done. They are inconsiderate. They don't care to accommodate you or your pet. They are so rude. Not friendly and they are pricey. This place needs to get shut down or at least get new management that actually know the importance of running a vet care. Was emailed my cat was overdue for a check up for vaccinations, fecal parasites, etc. Made appointment for 2:15 , first after their break. Arrived at 2:08. Asked same questions I had already answered online. Was put in a room where she was weighed and waited for 50 minutes for the vet to come in , listen to her breathing, feel her, look at her teeth and ass. I was charged for fecal parasite testing! I spent 189.50

Called to simply ask for the price range to spay a stray cat. Would only give me a price if I came in for a $59 office visit. Ridiculous!! Most sites give you either a flat price or a range.

Not professional and never see you on time for your appointment therefore my time isn't as valuable to them as my money is so, I believe they won't be getting anymore of mine! I have been sitting here with my little dog in a waiting room which was dirty when we walked in and the receptoras to clean it in front of me ! Dog hair everywhere! And the only reason I am here is for a single rabies shot and refill on her heart worm preventions. This should have been a 15 mins visit. And much more friendly and informative staff! We have been taking our pup th the Thrive 1960 location for five years. After our recent appointment I will not be returning. The office was very clean but everything else about the appointment was lacking.

The worst place to take you pet if you actually care about them!! The vet misdiagnosed our dog with IMTP said he had ZERO platelets and that we had to get him in treatment asap so we did. I became frantic as he is my emotional support animal so I went to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion and it turns out my dog is healthy and doesn't have IMTP! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!

It is very shocking and disappointing when the vet tech starts to open the door to your dogs room and you hear the vet telling the tech what to tell us and then the vet says "get 'em out of here". Yes my dog was barking in his room but to hear the vet herself say that is very upsetting. Try learning about professionalism.
