Never coming here again! I don't recommend anyone to take their pets here. I only chose this place because the usual vet clinic I go too was packed for the month and needed me to get my cat two shots before they could get him neutered. When I went in the lady at the front was super unprofessional yelling out everyone's personal information such as their name phone number address they lived at for everyone to hear. I'm giving it two stars because the facility was clean. That's literally IT. I made an appointment for my dog for an urgent wound on his paw. I made his appointment for "Illness/Sickness". His appointment was for 2:45. When I arrived, I was there early. It took me forever, ringing the bell at the front to get someone to come out and acknowledge that we were even there with multiple cameras pointing at us and doctors talking in the NEXT ROOM with the DOOR OPEN. I took my dog here for years and honestly had a decent experience until this horrible one. Usually the vet or assistant will give you your dog and you pay then or after but, they didn't even let me be in room or office with my dog because "Covid" so they literally held my dog captive. I had told her before the appointment had started that I was paying with cash, so they made me wait in my car which is fine, I'd prefer to be inside but I understand. You might as well drive to a gas station, find an old school phone book, lookup a local veterinarian, and drive to their office to make the appointment. It'll be faster than being on hold here and a drone answering the phone just to ask you to slowly form every sentence she has to type in, ask you what month is the date 5/1/2007, and how to spell "Basset" over a long data entry session just to be able to tell you they can't see your pet for a severe back leg arthritis issue. Made an appointment for vaccine and at latst minute noticed she was scratching by her ear so when we filled out the online question form we noted it. Got their early when checking in questionnaire didn't go thru so the girl up front re did it for us. The first couple of times we took a dog in it was OK. The price is good. Be careful of their scheduling times. But, today we took our youngest dog in for a spaying. We have 3 other older and larger female dogs. I picked her up and was shocked. Her incision is 3 inches long and exremely jagged. It just doesn't seem neat and tidy like I would expect. Not super impressed with Thrive, they are not affordable at all. If you're taking your new puppy for shots, be prepared to pay $59 three times since they make you go get shots 3 times. For some reason they don't like to give puppies all of their shots all at once like any other vet. But whatever i'm already 3 appointments in, I might as well finish it off. they quite literally lost my cat in the rafters and then some women with makeup like a clown told me she wouldn't be able to guarantee they'd be able to find her. the vet office room had a whole entire hole in the ceiling. the vet tech even mentioned the hole and how we should move rooms. we turn our backs for 2 seconds and the cat is in the ceiling and they're telling me they can't find her and they don't have a ladder to get her. please go somewhere else for the safety of your own pets. i highly recommend BARC.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! I took my cat in for a sore on her neck and was told that it is just a scab. It had pus and blood on it. I had to take her to another vet and they had to give her antibiotics and steroids for the open sore on her neck. Seriously a scab!? This vet needs to have her license revoked!!!
