We were up for our annual review for our two labs. We love their previous vet/office but we needed something more affordable for routine check. A friend suggested this place and we immediately scheduled an appointment. The entryway is a little tight but check in is pretty quick so no biggie. The place was clean and the staff are so great. Super nice and friendly. We had our 12mo human in a stroller with us. They originally had us in a regular sized room which fit us fine; no complaints. I give this location a top notch rating. Staff is super friendly from the front desk to the Dr. The doctor took her time to give my boxer a thorough exam. My dog felt at easy with all staff members which says a lot as she gets anxious easily. Would recommend you giving them a try. Prices as reasonable and conveniently located right off custer road. Keep up the good work!

We recently moved from West Frisco to McKinney on Custer and this week we were in a need for a vet. Having seen this location opening recently, I went to Yelp and made an appointment on their page. Selecting the date and time was easy. There were reminders sent as well. We were very pleased with the service and the time spent with us expanding our pets issues. All worked out for the best. Very happy with the pricing with this business. Give them a try if you need a vet.

OH MY GOD!!! What an unbelievable find this morning. I have been in McKinney for almost 20 years and have had a dozen different pets and have traveled all over the county looking for the perfect mix of experience, compassion, availability and cost and this is THE ONE. I took an injured cat in this morning and they immediately worked me. I didn't wait for even 5 minutes. The vet, Dr. Garibay, was so gentle and kind and didn't over-treat or overcharge. I love this place. They did so much to help with my little sick pup. They were compassionate, thorough, and so helpful. I lost my puppy, but they will for sure be the vet for my next rescue.

I am still happy about our visit. Staff was great the vet was nice and they make sure they have answered your questions. I almost felt like I should have had more to ask. Super quick which I like and want. Price is fair and they got me in same day with an appt.

I found a kitten that was badly hurt! I walked into this location and was told doctors were super busy; had an emergency but we could schedule an appointment for a check up. I felt a little defeated but the very nice woman at the desk said not to worry it wouldn't be a problem. She asked for information on the kitten and immediately took interest and expressed her concern. Dr Garibay was awesome,she was very knowledgeable,friendly,and explained all of boomers options.she got back with me the same day with test results and stayed late to let me come get his meds.very professional. This is the 3rd time there i will definitely be back. Great prices. Dave & Boomer

We LOVE this place! I took my pups to the the same vet franchise for a few years but never got the warm and fuzzies. They felt cold with us and only ever seemed to want to rush us out and make a pretty penny. Jaclyn, Lauren and Dr. Garibay made us feel the complete opposite at Thrive! On my pup Ranger's first visit he was nervous, feisty and quite the turd. They sat on the floor and gave him all the belly rubs in the world.
