I wish I could give this office a huge ZERO!! Our dachshund had diarrhea for 2 days after he had new snacks. I called ask asked what I should do. They told him to give him pumpkin and a 1/2 tablet of Imodium. An hour after giving it to him, he starting puking. Being that it was 10:00pm, we rushed him to an Emergency vet hospital in Dallas. Paid for membership brought my cat in for the blood work they never told me estimate should cost. Received text please pay. Un -sacrifice the service. At least, they should let me know how much this services will cost? UM ridiculous. Also, brought in for nail trims called back the office they told me they cut two in front. Two back nails when they cut still long. DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. They won't listen to what you say or concerns about your pets. Then they'll charge you extra because they don't care what you have to say. I would never recommend anybody to bring their pets here and never will.
