Just took my dog Sadie to thrive McKinney for the first time today! They're so amazing and helpful and showed true concern for my dog in trying to help her. The lady upfront was super helpful and sweet. Dr. Leslie Garibay and vet tech Jaclyn were exceptional in their care with our fur baby. I would recommend them to any and everyone!

We had an emergency with our pup. We called a near by clinic and they said just to see her it would be $125, not including any medications or any other exams. We called our usual vet location in Plano but they were understaffed and didn't have time for a walk in. We called the Thrive In McKinney and they said they would accept us as a walk in but because they're fully booked, we might have to wait. That wasn't a problem. So here I am, a first time puppy owner. I didn't know where to begin. I needed to find a vet care quick. Was looking at other vets and not knowing about Thrive. I was browsing my FB community page and there it was, people was referring Thrive so I decided to give it a try. Went online, booked an appointment within days. Wish you had 10 stars. Walked in with a dog we had just adopted from Dallas animal services. We noticed a tick in his ear and wanted to get it removed right away. No appointment or anything. Lauren took us back right away and she not only removed the tick but spotted a second one and removed it too. That's what I call great customer service. We had first gone to the Vet we used with our previous dog and they wouldn't even look at him without an appointment. Needless to say, we have changed Vets. Keep up the great work ... read more

What a breath of fresh air. They had us in and out, very friendly & professional. Fantastic & clear pricing without being pushy. I hated going to the vet because it felt like going to a car dealership, complete opposite here. See you next time!!

They were very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They also have very good prices, their facility is clean and professional and they offer additional discounts with a program you can opt in to if you want more services. Overall, I found them very professional and will be back.

This was our 1st visit to Thrive. It was very easy to get an appointment. No wait time when we arrived. Their techs are very knowledgeable and pleasant. The vet we saw was very efficient and quick to diagnosis our baby's problems. They have great prices for a full service clinic. We will continue to use Thrive

Trash. This place has gone to total shit in the last 2 years or so. Please shut down your establishment bc you guys are not worth a damn anymore. Your availability is poor, customer service is poor, care and concern is poor, time management is poor, and now you're just overpriced to say the least. You never answer the phone, short staffed, and the rotating/floating doctors -- Good God. SMH.

Do not become a member. My pup has an ear infection and the next available appt is in 3 weeks. There is no vet at either the McKinney or Plano locations. So I'm out of luck. And stupid me, the contract requires a 12 month payment commitment and there's nothing that says they need to be able to provide timely care. Unbelievable that they believe this is acceptable.
