Do not use this service . Do not give them your credit card/ Debit card info . This company is not localized like they make you believe . Worst billing system ever? They bill you for erroneous visits and are hard to get in contact with. Even after the services were canceled and confirmed, the kept my card on file and still tried to charge me but I luckily I blocked my card. I will have to call my credit card provider to change my card number. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
LOOK ELSEWHERE!! They will steal your money (more than what you owe) and then not respond.
For a mental wellness company, they have sure caused much more stress and anxiety in my life than they've taken away. I have never in my life had a company that was SO hard to deal with. The billing department is awful. Each time I'm on the phone with someone, I am on hold half the time because the people in the billing department don't respond nor do they ever send emails they promise they will. RecommendedA scam that advertises as if it is local but you are connected to a call center. Attempts to cancel an initial appointment are like breaking into Fort Knox - (very) clever on their part. Calling what is presented as a local number - is not. Automated options to the caller do not address canceling an apt. The last option begins something like, 'all other callers...' and then just stops - nothing - does not complete the sentence. I don’t even know where to begin with the level of unprofessionalism that I’ve been dealt with by this company. It all started with the fact that they never verified my insurance and could never tell me how much they were going to charge me for the session I had to do that but they sure were quick to get my debit card on file which I didn’t like but I was told it was the only way that I could receive services.
