Back in February, I scheduled my first appointment through Thrive Works. I was seen by a therapist named Courtney Lotto. She absolutely sucks. My first appointment was in person. I told her everything that was going on in my life and she was just staring at me and sighing as if I was stressing HER out when she should he helping me. Do not use this company. They will wipe your checking account out. They also lie to you when you schedule your appointment. They took $585 out of my account today. No warning. Legitimate doctors offices do not do that.

SCAM. They assured me several times my insurance would cover sessions. My son had only THREE sessions, and I have a pending processed payment of $410!!!!!!!
RecommendedThis company has just stole every last penny out of my account, unauthorized and will not give it back or be held accountable for this. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, FTC, and the police. They are frauds, criminals, and you'll need therapy after working with these horrible people.
RecommendedSame BS that everyone here describes. I saw a therapist there who was fantastic but she left the practice in February. I called shortly after and terminated my "membership" and Thriveworks continued to charge me hundreds of dollars for services that were never rendered. Every time I call their billing department they don't answer or tell me that the charges come from claims that "hadn't gone through insurance yet." While they advertise the session fees online and confirm the amount verbally when you scheduled the first appointment , they charge a different amount than quoted. Charges come through intermittently and with no schedule. The app does not allow you to view your documents. There is no response from customer service other than email. Once you get a reply, they state that the billing is correct and do not answer to the discrepancy of what is charged vs what was quoted. I work for Thriveworks and we are scammers and take peoples money if a client gives us a objection they give us a call flow sheet to overcome the objection I just started here and hate it a bunch of messy women for management we have a director by the name of Adr_____ F _____ she only reply and treats you fairly if she likes you we throw $39 memberships on all of our clients no exception stay FARRR AWAY
Their therapists are amazing. Their billing department is horrible. You can not contact them at all. I got charged twice with no billing statements sent to me. I tried to get ahold of someone and still can't get ahold of billing. Took me weeks to talk to the billing on email while still waiting for a phone call from billing manager.
They are fraud and scammers they claim they take your insurance only to bill you and say they dont take your insurance
