Wendy was an exceptional lender in helping us buy the house. She started with our pre-approval letter and worked with our tight timeline to get us our house. We threw in an additional kink at the last minute that my wife was going to be out of the country for the signing but Wendy handled it and we were able to sign on time. As someone who has invested in real estate for a number of years, I've worked with all kinds of lenders. You won't find anyone better than Mike. I just can't say enough good things. He was responsive, he answered all questions, things happened on time, we closed at the promised rate. My escrow agent says she's seen a number of situations where transactions never close because the lender really can't come through with the promised rate. Not so with Mike. When I moved from Sacramento CA to Tacoma WA I was concerned about finding the right lender. But no worries! I was referred to Wendy Charles and she made the process incredibly easy. Peter Vander Werff is excellent at bringing all the moving pieces of a Home Mortgage Refi come together. He works with top-drawer associates who are professional and thorough.
