There is no possible way I would have closed on my home if it wasnt for Peter! Dont buy a foreclosure, but if you need a fighter he is the only one to call! The bank fought us the whole 7 1/2 months and Peter was on it the entire process fighting back. Even after we closed and the bank still tried to stop it Peter made sure I had the keys in hand the day I was promised! I would highly recommend him and his team! Thank you will never say enough for how much he helped to get me the home of my dreams.

I highly recommend Ryan and his team to make your new home a reality. They will do everything in their power to make it happen. They provide an efficient and painless process. I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing about the lending process. Ryan and his team walked me through each step, and explained any annoying questions I had, to make sure I understood everything about the contract and long-term commitment I was making. We recently refinanced our home with the help of Michael Durham, the process was simple, quick and painless. Anytime we asked a question he had an answer and when he said something was going to happen it always did. Never had an issue getting in touch with him (day or night) Very professional yet very personable. An all around great experience!!
