Working with Josh was a breeze and he helped to close my refinance in a month. He always followed up and never dropped the ball during the entire process. I never had a smoother refinance for my home and would recommend Josh to anyone going forward.

Josh and TILA did an amazing job on my refinance. I highly recommend him. I had a few unique things come up in the process. My original lender transferred my loan in the middle of the process, old info on credit report etc. Each challenge was met head on and taken care of. Josh helped me take care of any challenges we faced & everything was fixed/taken care of right away. We have to admit, we were not looking forward to refinancing because we anticipated a lot of hassle. Dan and Nazra were fantastic! Everything went as they said it would. They kept us fully informed every step of the way and answered all of our questions and concerns. I will definitely refer them to anyone I know and use them in the future! Joshua was amazing! We were in the refinancing process with AmeriSave and it was an extremely long and painful process. Joshua lived up to all his promises. He closed our loan in 30 days and we even got some money back! He was very communicative and easy to work with. 10/10
