Josh was very helpful from the very beginning of the refi process to the very end. When we had questions, he was very easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable, and spoke in layman's terms. He was always polite and professional. When the notary came to get signatures, Josh was available to clarify some last minute questions and again exhibited his professionalism, politeness, and knowledge. We would work with Josh and TILA again and highly recommend him.
