Josh was incredibly easy to work with. Very fast. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. He took calls even when away on vacation with his family. Took the time to explain in detail what was possible, the process we would go through and then did it again for my wife. Very patient and knowledgeable.

Josh was extremely responsive during our refinance. This was the fifth refinance we have completed over the years and this one was the least stressful. The rate we were quoted was great and we were pleasantly surprised when the loan cost came in lower at the end than the initial estimate.

Josh and team worked diligently to find us the best rate possible. They were thorough, competent, professional and flexible. Especially during this time of COVID-19, things were pretty crazy for them, yet they responded every time we had a question or were looking for an update. In the end, they got us a great rate with low closing costs and by taking a little cash out, we were able to make some much needed home improvements. I highly recommend Josh and his team at TILA.

I have done refinancing on multiple properties over the last 29 years and working with Joshua King and his team was a breeze. It was a pleasure working with Josh and his team. This was a refi and we wanted to know if it made sense for us. Josh was completely upfront about the cost and if it made financial sense to do the deal. In the end we lowered our interest rate by 2 points, went from 21 years left to 15 years and will save close to 70k. Josh was real responsive to questions we had throughout and the deal really went through without a hiccup. This was our 2nd deal with Tila and I would highly recommend Josh and his team.

Amazing to work with, replies fast and worked great around my schedule. Definitely recommend for your mortgage needs. Helped us get really good numbers for our refinance. He was even able to get us a better interest rate then we originally thought we would get.
