Our transactions with Tila Mortgage have been fantastic. We worked with Bill Duffy - he is very responsive and really knows how to work for his clients. He did great work with us on both a refinance and a new home loan. We also liked the fact that we could work through most signings and requests electronically via Docusign - very convenient. I highly recommend Tila - they really do the hard work for you.
Bill and his team are the best! Very knowledgeable and great to work with. These guys know the mortgage business inside and out! They worked out any challenges prior them becoming issues at closing.
