Peter helped me with my refinance and made the process so easy! I submitted my paperwork and he let know how much I would be saving... love paying less every month! Peter walked me through the process, helped with all of my questions and made it so easy. Even with the final closing documents... A traveling notary came out to my home. I'm in my mid 30's and got the opportunity to by my first home. But this home was multiple homes on king county's waterfront! Peter was all of the above mentioned. He gave me his cell# to text late into the evening. Responded immediately to any questions or concerns. I work 8-5 and don't get home till around 7 after dinner hours Peter was always available for texting.

This was our first Refinance & it was complicated Refi with several factors & Dan Spector did great explaining the process as we went along. Every Refi is different with many different aspects & Dan stayed on top of everything from the beginning to the end. He is friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He also was so helpful & came & picked up documents that were needed asap so I didn't have to pack the kids up in the car to fax them. I highly recommend Dan, you will be very happy!
