I have worked with Nick several times. He and his staff are outstanding. They are professional and also very personal in helping you with glitches that come up during the process. I have lived in 22 homes in my life. Nick and his team have clearly been the best I have worked with when I needed financing.
Nick was very knowledgeable about the many facets involved in the home buying process. He went above and behind what was expected from him. He readily answered my questions and concerns and addressed issues in a timely and effective manner. I am completely pleased with my experience and am grateful for having him on my team.
Nick and his team are absolutely awesome! All I can say is wow, I am very impressed with how well Nick and his team handled our loan. We had one little hiccup alone the way and they did everything they could to scramble and make up for any lost time. I must say from all the horror stories I've heard from other people buying their house, not one time did I doubt this team could handle any problems that came up.
The first time i met with Nick I knew i was in good hands. He was very detailed in how the process of me buying my first home would work.That was important to me. I cannot say enough about the quality of service Peter brought to the loan process. I had always dealt with big banks for financing prior to this home purchase.
