I have never bought a home so I did not know anything about the process and the different steps. Peter was always reachable, he replied right away to questions even after hours and weekends and he kept me updated on every step of he process. He worked around my schedule which made things a lot easier. He was patient with all of my questions (and I had many!) and my worries. I would recommend him to everyone and would go through him again.

Dan Spector was very helpful and the whole process, though complex, went rather smoothly. Peter worked beyond the normal expectations to help us refinance our home. When my papers didn't fax well, he met me at my car window outside his office to get and copy my papers because I had sleeping children in my car. He communicated with me while on his vacation in Hawaii to answer my questions and inform me of new updates or needed documents. I appreciated his help greatly.

I would definitely recommend Dan Spector of Tila Mortgage. Dan went above & beyond during the 10 month process of refinancing our manufactured home. Dan was employed with a different mortgage company at the start of our refinance process. Upon employment at Tila Mortgage, Dan Spector contacted me to finish the refinance process, which I could not have done without him. Rick Mangone was essential to our house buying process. He was there every step of the way and I am so thankful to have had his advice and expertise.
