I've used Jeff now for multiple transactions. He continues to be the most timely, professional and knowledgeable loan officer. I'm the person who gets AT LEAST 3 quotes for every purchase or refinance and he has beaten out EVERY big bank every time. I've also saved the most money using his programs. Jeff is amazing and will continue to use him in the future.

Rick is a first class mortgage guy......I would recommend his services to my friends and family.... I was a first time home buyer, Rick answered all my questions and guided me through the process. Working with Tila Mortgage was a great experience. They made the process of refinancing almost effortless and went the extra mile to make sure we understood our options and chose the best strategy for our specific situation. I used TILA mortgage specialist John Tate for our recent refinance. Not only was John very knowledgeable about the best loan products for our needs, he always followed through promptly and with more than enough answers for our questions. Our loan closed earlier than expected and it with the mobile courier coming to our house to sign the documents, it was a painless process. I would definitely refer anyone to John Tate and TILA for a future mortgage or refinance.

Plain and simple, Ryan is the primary reason our deal got done. There was some unforeseen title issues after signing that he pushed with underwriting and got our deal closed. Even before that, I refer everyone I know to Ryan. He's a friend and I worked alongside him back several years. His integrity, knowledge, and experience would be difficult to match. He knows underwriting, he is respected by the real estate agents, and he is fair. Separate of all that, he is just a solid human being that I am proud to call my friend.
