Tim and his team were awesome. As a first time home buyer, I had little to no knowledge on the process and Tim was able to explain everything clearly. He was also super responsive and answered any and all questions my husband and I had. Him and his team were so on top of things that we were able to close 2 weeks early! Highly recommend using Tim as your lender.

As a first time home buyers my wife and I were nervous beginning the home buying process. This was all changed when we began working with Tim and Certified MP. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and maybe most importantly Transparent. Tim was great to work with and made it an enjoyable adventure. Would recommend to anyone. Fort time home buyer or not.

Tim came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He was very helpful with the entire process. We were selling and buying at the same time and Tim made sure the process went very smoothly. He was always available to answer any of my questions and saw us through the entire process.

What can i say Tim and his team they are amazing... I'm a first time home buyer and i was having a horrible time with my first lender and i contacted Tim on a Friday night and Saturday morning he was working on our loan. Tim had us closing within 30 days and that's awesome!! .. He was with me the whole step of the way and talked me though everything ... and his team was there the whole way... As a first time home buyers, my husband and I were not very knowledgeable about the home buying process. Tim not only helped us along the whole way but he really cared about us and always had a very positive attitude....even up to the end when we had a few hiccups. Another family member of mine also used him and now a neighbor of ours also may be using him as their lender.
