Look. I want to be real and say for buying a first home in Florida when i definitely have moved around a lot and am skeptical about every little thing....Tim definitely exceeded expectations. Tim was great to work with! We came to him after losing 2 houses in the last year. He came highly reccommended by our realtor. We had such a great experience with him. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions in terms we could understand. He gave us different options and ran and reran numbers for us. We had several hiccups along the way with the house and Tim navigated them all while keeping us in the loop. We are definitely going to use him in the future.
Tim was such a pleasure to work with! He was so knowledgeable and always got back to us in a timely manner. I don’t know how many times I asked him to run numbers with various scenarios but he never once made me feel like a burden and made us feel like we were a top priority.
