I actually bought my first home with Tim as the lender and I can tell you that I don't think I would have been able to close with anyone else at the helm. He gives people a good idea on what to expect to avoid major surprises along the way and stays in great contact. I've recommended him to many people and they have all said the same!
Tim is absolutely amazing!! He has fantastic customer service, patience of a saint and actually cares about you as a person. I reached out to him after another bank seriously dropped the ball on my loan, only 2 weeks to closing, and Tim not only cleaned up their mess but exceeded expectations on every step of the process and made me so comfortable after I was a neurotic nancy after being messed up by Chase. I regret not using him from the start!
