We moved to Colorado Springs about a year and a half ago and had been wanting to lay down roots here. VIP walked us through every step and helped to advise us on anything that we weren't sure of. The process went smoothly and we were made aware every time something changed or needed our attention.

The refinancing that I did through Tim was the first time doing it on my own. I had been divorced just a few years and needed to do repairs on my house.Tim set me at ease right away. I knew that everything was going to go well and that he would look out for my best interests.
Tim impressed me with his honesty. He does the "right" thing. So many people/companies operate with only $$ in mind, but Tim treated me with respect and honor.
