Tim worked with me from day one to ensure I knew absolutely everything about the process. A first time home buyer, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and I could tell that he cared about me as a customer. He followed through usually same day and was very patient with me. Tim is amazing. My wife and I used him to purchase our home last year. I've had some terrible mortgage experiences working with large banks. Tim restored my faith in mortgage brokers. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond when I had questions or needs. We have done refi's with Tim in the past and if we have the need in the future we will do another with him. Tim keeps the prices simple and to the point explaining options and answering questions along the way.
During the process of buying a house and even in the years since Tim was and has been incredibly helpful in responding to any questions I have an in offering advice. If my wife and I decide to buy another house here in the Springs we will be sure to, once again, use Tim.
Tim helped us with our home loan 4 years ago. He (and his staff) did a fantastic job of keeping us updated on the process, talking through detailed options we had to make sure we made the best decisions possible as well as made sure the mortgage process went smoothly.
