Tim and his team really are patient and wanting to help. Even though they do this day in and out, they make you feel that you're their priority. They work for you and want to earn your business. They match and beat rates of competitor and realized their intent to bless me when I filed my returns and learnt of the HUD breakdown I can take advantage of. My next house lender is already determined.
Tim helped us find the best mortgage for our situation (first time home buyers with not enough money for a good enough down payment for a conventional mortgage) and helped us throughout the entire process, even as different individuals were handling the details. He was quick to answer all my questions and find the answers for anything he didn't know immediately. I will definitely go back to Tim for my next home mortgage if I happen to be purchasing again in this area.
