Tim did a great job of keeping things on track and staying in communication with me.
As we have not moved in over 40 years and are in our 70s, things were very different for us, including everything being computerized. At times it was frustrating for us but Tim helped us all the way. He called often to update up on the proceedings and let us know what our next step would be and what we should be receiving via email. He did a great job.
