This another of many deals I have worked with Tim Hart on and as usual the experience was wonderful. Tim and his company worked hard to get this deal done and even closed it out earlier than expected. The communication was excellent, between the email updates and the direct calls at least once a week, I always knew the status of the deal. My clients were updated and as well, they were treated like people and not just a number.
Tim and the team at VanDyk Mortgage did a wonderful job assisting this client with their loan after a previous bank could not perform. They pulled all the pieces together and worked diligently with the buyer to meet all the qualifications for the loan. The communication was spot on and I was well informed during the entire process.
