Timothy Hart Jr was very professional and responsive with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. He made himself available to me via any method of my choice - including cell phone, which I appreciated and took advantage of. This another of many deals I have worked with Tim Hart on and as usual the experience was wonderful. Tim and his company worked hard to get this deal done and even closed it out earlier than expected. The communication was excellent, between the email updates and the direct calls at least once a week, I always knew the status of the deal. My clients were updated and as well, they were treated like people and not just a number.
