Tim and his team were more than helpful when helping me find my first home. Super friendly and frequent updates on our loan status. With this being our first home purchase, we did not have a lot of knowledge about the whole process. Tim and his team helped explain everything in detail. I will definitely be going through Heritage Home Loans again!

Tim was reconended to us through our inlaws that also had a great expercence. This was our first home so we walked into the office not knowing anything about what loans were offered for us or how to start get the process. They were awesome they help us so much I totally recommend Tracy and Alejandra. They did such a good job we closed soon they were really helpful in every way they did not give us excuses like other lenders did.

I was in desperate need of a new lender! My current lender was not working and while in the process of closing they couldn't make it happen. My relator referred me to Tracy and his amazing team. They were able to completely redo my loan file and close before the 30 days! They were extremely helpful and quick.
