I just moved here, and I had the pleasure of having one of the "RUDEST" maintenance techs to come to my apartment to only tell me how I need to do cleaning to a refrigerator that I called because it froze the milk because it is a malfunction in the setting. He told me that is not the way to get a new refrigerator and he has better things to do with his time other than playing around looking at a refrigerator that is dirty! Posting this to add something I failed to mention in my previous review: The office staff was rude on the phone unless I got lucky and got someone nice. They were sometimes nicer if I selected option 1 on the phone "for info on pricing, suites, and amentities". However, when they realized I was a current resident, they tended to be rude, jumping to conclusions and thinking I was out to break rules or trick them. This review will no doubt be removed. I owe it to future potential buyers or renters to tell you what I saw. If you move into TT without searching out and reading the hundreds of poor reviews online, you are a fool. Here is why, and here are the facts as I experienced them. I personally have never seen more "Beware, resident is armed" and "Keep out" signs on doors than at Timber Top. You decide why. This goes double for surveillance cameras. They showed up to fix leak in roof and said someone would be back. Have not heard from them since. No one has completed this work order
The guy that came out was great. He kept his mask on and fixed the leak. The thing is I haven’t heard from anyone in regards to fixing my ceiling. Probably the only reason I didn’t rate higher cause now cause I guess I just have to live with a whole in my kitchen ceiling.
Mr Smith was outstanding . He took care of two troublesome issues in under an hour .
