I have lived at Timber Top for almost 3 years. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, as it is on the edge of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Maintenance has always been prompt and accurate.The office staff and management has always been helpful and polite. The prices are the most reasonable for this end of town.
Thank you for allowing us in staying in your establishment and would highly recommend it here to my family and friends. Thank you all for being so patient and professional when I had personal matters of concern.
We would like you to know that we enjoyed our time in Timber Top and would continue to stay it wasn't for the distance from work and school for the both of us.
I had hopes to stay here for a few years but circumstances have changed. Thanks for renting such a lovely place!
The rent is very reasonable and the neighborhood is nice.
I lived here for a year paying $600 (split w/ roommate so $300/person) for a 2 bedroom apartment with 1150 square feet. You can't beat that hardly anywhere nearby. Plus there is a huge selection of apartments floor-plans and most of them are two floors, including mine. The one I was in was a "lofted apartment" which has a banister overlooking the downstairs, which is not the best for privacy, but really cool in my opinion.
