I called the office and filed a work order for 3 jobs. 1 was completed easily, with parts I supplied. (A light bulb) The second was worked on at the same time. (Heat for the apartment). I had to have maintenance back out the next day for final adjustments. The third job (the garage door) was completed a few days later. The maintenance man sent to do the job, didn’t fix anything. Lived here for 6 months and Haven’t really had any problems. If their was a problem they always did their best to resolve it.
I had a refrigerator stop working. The freezer still worked but the fridge wasn’t staying cold. I put a work order in and had a maintenance guy here that evening. No phone call was made to me to let me know absolutely anything. No note either. When I arrived home I could just tell that someone had been in my apartment and pulled the fridge away from the wall. How absolutely DISGUSTING. Saw a two bed loft priced at $725. Upon entering it smelt of cigarette smoke, carpets were dirty with stains, hair ties, cat litter, bottle cap, you name it. LITTERED THE FLOOR. Entering the 2ft by 4ft kitchen was a treat! Water damage on the floor, food in the ink, this disgusting musty film on everything. Outdated, dirty appliances. The guy was awesome worked with me on time and everything due to work schedules and my time of being home i hope to have him work with me every single time i can't thank the man enough!!
I was thankful to have a place to stay however the walls are paper thin I feel like my neighbors and I actually lived together. Full of marijuana smokers the smell comes through my bedroom. Dog dropping us all over the side walk. Drive ways are not salted regularly nor side walk a lot of Maintenance issues bathroom ceiling was leaked like crazy it took two months for it to be fixed. Late fees even if you 1 day late on rent should be given from the 1st through the 5th. I would never recommend Timber Top apartments to anyone
Maintenance man was very nice and professional. However the entire work order was not completed due to it not being put in correctly.
