Timbertop's dayshift team that plows and salts are amazing. The people who came out and salted per this request were great. They understand how things melt and refreeze, and rarely are there issues during the day. Unrelated, but Timbertop should know: However, the third party Timbertop uses overnight is worthless. The pricing and space is good, but the neighborhood sucks, the neighbors are inconsiderate, the mail is always getting delivered to the wrong unit, and the grounds aren’t well-maintained. Roads need repairs, landscaping needs work, the roofs and stairs are precarious at best, and the parking is rarely salted or plowed in the winter. With all the hills, it’s very dangerous!

If you’re asking about the toilet repair, the toilet is still running frequently. If you asking about changing the light in the kitchen, that work is fine. As a follow up, our neighbor with the three very large dogs in 817C is still taking them out without leashes. Our dogs are petrified of them now. Plus, they frequently—like most of our neighbors with dogs—let the dogs go wherever and don’t pickup after them. And the noise from Apartment 813 B continues...
My garage door came off the rail and one section of it was hanging over my vehicle. Brett, responded to work order and fixed it. Brett was efficient and quickly fixed my garage door. THANK YOU BRETT!!
The electrical gas system is misconstrued. I’ve put a work order in for them to fix it and it’s been fixed now it’s too hot in my home, I need the adjustment to be normal for the price that I pay for this apartment monthly. I shouldn’t be in $1000 apartment seeing my breath because it’s so cold One minute and the next it’s burning up I should be able to adjust my heat to a certain temperature and it be normal their should be some resolution to this.
I put in the work order a couple of weeks ago, first my guest bathroom that’s the bathroom my guest and family use and it took maintenance forever to come and fix it so I was a little frustrated with that because it shouldn’t have taken that long, and the kitchen light took another week to fix. So no I wasn’t to happy.
