My wife and I owned a Timeshare for years and the maintenance fees kept increasing each year. Timeshare Exit Team was able to get us out of the timeshare within 18 months. We are pleased with the company.
We are extremely pleased with timeshare exit team. we had a timeshare that cost us $1700 a year in maintenance fees for the equivalent of two weeks vacation. Our obligation to the timeshare was perpetual and as we were facing retirement we wanted to be free of this burden. The team what’s up front and told us that it would take 18 months or more. This being the year of the pandemic we expected it would be longer but to our surprise we exited in the time that they stated.
Absolutely grateful for this company. they were very helpful from the start. They got me out of the timeshare nightmare. My process was a little bit complicated than usual since i got divorced since getting in the timeshare. The timeshare exit team was very patient and helpful to me. Very prompt in their response.
My 91 year old father, *. *****, was taken advantage of in a serial way beginning at age 85 by Diamond Resorts International. Unknown to the family he got himself into situations with them where they clearly used elder abuse sales tactics with and separated him from his partner during sales presentations and harassed him on the phone daily. The process started slow, but once there was communication between the company and Timeshare Exit Team, everything got back on track and I am happy to say they were successful in releasing us from our timeshare. My suggestion is to hang in there and try to be patient. Jason Reed and everyone at Timeshare Exit Team provided wonderful service and I would still recommend them to anyone that is trying to resolve their timeshare. We were desperate to get out of our Mayan Palace Timeshare. Although it cost us a lot of money, it was still cheaper than the estimated cost of the next maintenance fee. So in the end we were truly rescued from a very fraudulent timeshare company! Timeshare exit team did exactly what they promised us.!!
