This Company is a SCAM worse than the timeshare. They took >$4000 and made guaranteed "money back" promises 4 years ago and now they don't even answer the phone. Their letterhead is ***************** and Assoc. They told me I must keep up my payments and not use the timeshare so the exit will go through. Their useless phone # is. Their paperwork even claims to be approved by BBB!

This company is worse than the time share itself. Signed up with them 5 years ago and every year it was you need to give it time, its a process. Started to inquire for a full refund as it is guaranteed, told we could settle on partial refund. That was three months ago and still havent received it. Dont use them scammers just like the time shares.

I started the process of selling or getting rid of our time share with Time Share Exit Team (Reidhein). After a few months I was switched to deal with **************** and I was in contact with Gyanna. Yesterday I sent her an email and no response. Today I called their phone number and got the message that I was to contact Reidhein. I would like to know where our time share process is now. Thank you

I cannot get these people to call me back! I've been trying for two weeks! Horrible service. They took our money and had us to believe things were pretty much settled but not so.

********************* Solutions referred my husband and I to ***************** for help with timeshare exit. ***************** required $10,000 upfront to help us with a process in which they represented themselves as experts. We never heard from ***************** again. ***************** is chronically unresponsive to our calls and requests for accountability. They are depraved and indifferent to us, their client, as well as untrustworthy and irresponsible.

In 2019 we contracted with Reed Hein & Associates to get us out of a timeshare. Three years later no results. Now we fighting with ***************** to get them moving on our timeshare. Their excuse now is they are writing a letter on our behalf to the timeshare. That's been on going for3 months. The company doesn't answers my phone calls or emails anymore.

Back on May 2016 we entered into a Contract Agreement with Timeshareexitteam to free us from our Time Share at **************** in ******. Timeshare Exit Fee that we paid was $7,595.00 -(discount) $380.00 + GST of $360.75 for a total of $7,575.75, paid in full on that date. We then submitted a 'Hardship Document' that had to be 'notarized' a $100.00 fee in ******. In 2014 my Wife was confirmed to MS and had to retire early. This company is as bad as the timeshare companies. The customer service is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I contracted with the Timeshare exit team 5 years ago nd still I am paying fees and taxes. They have outsourced this to multiple organizations that all request documents and then nothing happens. I have called, written and even been on hold for this group for over hours at a time. Avoid using this organization, they will never answer a question directly and the refund policy is a joke.

We signed a contract with Timeshare Exit Team 6 years ago and they have still not been able to release us from our Westgate Timeshare. They do a very poor job of keeping us updated. The beginning of 2020 we signed an addendum that we would receive a full refund of our fees if we were not released in 9 months. They then transferred our account to ****************.
