Haveing done several mortgages in my lifetime, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Tim. Tim did everything he promised to do within the time he said he would. I find that rare in the mortgage industry. Our refinance needs were a little complicated and he put pencil to paper and came up with a creative solution that saves us $600/month. Very straightforward loan with no hidden fees . No closing costs. Would definitely use again.
