We had a slightly tricky situation, Tim was able to not only get the deal done, but Tim completed the deal very fast. The slowest part of the process was how fast I was in getting documents returned to him, once I sent documents to Tim, the turn-around time was super quick! I highly recommend Tim!

I have been trying to refinance my home for the past 4 years. Best part about my refinance was not having to pay an upfront appraisal fee. Tim was great throughout the process and the only hiccup along the way was from my employer. A mortgage broker advised me not to deal with online lenders, but I am glad I followed my instinct and did it anyway. I would use them again for any loan.
