Tim offered the best rate with the largest lender credit of all the mortgage companies I contacted. Tim was very responsive, answered all my questions and was able to get us to closing in about 3 weeks. Don't forget to ask about their Escrow Advance program...it saves you from having to bring a huge amount of cash to closing! Thanks, Tim.

From first contact though to closing my loan was handled quickly and professionally. I initially began working with a different loan officer at another lender, but after several problems, delays, and ridiculous requests I went looking for somebody else. Tim was the complete opposite and everything went very smoothly with him. If you are considering working with him, don’t hesitate!

Tim McGinty was amazing! I have worked with several lenders over the years and Tim, by far, is the best! He replied to my initial email AND left me a voice main within hours of me reaching out. He made the entire process so easy and pain free...unlike all the other re-fi's I've done in the past. He was always on top of it, explaining things before I had to ask any questions. I highly, highly recommend Tim and Eclick Lending!

Just closed my refinancing with eClick, worked with Tim. Tim was very responsive and on top of our case. I had a tight timeline and Tim was able to deliver. Our appraisal came short of the expected value due to which I had to pay a small origination fee - I wish I knew that this was a possibility at the outset. But overall, it was a great experience refinancing with Tim and eClick.
