After trying to work with our original lender, for a quick refinance and running into so many barriers and hassles with them, working with Tim at eclicklending was a dream in comparison. He followed through with all his promises including locking us in to a great rate and extending the lock to 45 days to accommodate our schedule. He did everything he said he'd do. He kept in touch. The loan closed in less than 45 days, even with him being in Illinois and me in California. He was very good and the secured e-mails worked very well too, even though I am not that computer literate.
