Excellent service Always very friendly and helpful staff
Having had a battery put in my watch twice buy a local Jeweler twice and both times the battery failing after6 months. i visited a Timpsons store in Inverness. upon going to collect the watch I was informed that the battery was the wrong type. these two watches had damaged the watch and it needed repair. upon conversation with the Timpson representative I asked them to repair the watch through Omega. I had a wedding ring resized and it’s perfect. Very helpful and polite staff Thank you
It was very easy to get my rings resized, once sent away it took about a week to 10 days to get them returned to store. I was happy with the price and the service was friendly and professional. I would definitely use this service again
My TAG watch was sent to get a new battery Got it back 3 weeks later To find it stopped working after having it back Not a good start for a new customer
Well you asked for a review so here goes. Took my Tag Heuer for a new battery. I was told it would take a week. Two weeks and two days later it came back but exactly the same as it left with the second hand jumping. I was told they would send it back so they can “have a look at it” No thank you. I have retrieved the watch, refused to pay the bill and will take it to someone who knows what they’re doing.
Almost a year and still no watch, twice came back broke.
Watch was stolen in the service process at Timpsons . Tesco Haslemere branch.Someone who knows how to manipulate the system to make it look like a lost item has pocketed my watch of sentimental value. I have rejected to make a claim and have started a Police investigation as a fraudulent transaction against Timpsons. With tracking numbers etc , watch magically disappeared and I was only told 2 months after the fact. Sadly i spent a lot of money have an expensive watch repaired and it will be going back for a 3rd time as it still does not work. It's really not good enough.
