A stray kitty came to our door. She had on a rubber type collar--NOT a breakaway collar for cats. She had one leg through the collar, the other part around her neck. Could barely walk, starving, terrible wound under her front leg where the collar had cut into her skin and was infected. We had a serious concern with our dog, from my initial phone call to the same day appointment they were able to provide me with, I haven't experienced such exceptionally friendly staff in a very long time. They treated us (myself, the dog and my children who came along) with kindness and care, even when my toddler was misbehaving. I was so embarrassed when my dog urinated in their wonderfully clean lobby, but they reassured me it was ok and cleaned it up immediately. Refusing to let me help. Wow where to begin, I am new to this town and I have a friend who is in Afgan, his dog became ill and sadly I had to have him put to sleep. All of the staff was so kind and caring. Since then I had to have 2 of my other cats treated, and once again the care for the pets and myself was "exceptional". Thank you so much for the great care. You all are superstars as far as I am concerned. THANK YOU
