We adopted our puppy a few months ago and this clinic became very highly regarded as the right place to take our new dog. It's very obvious that these people really love and know our dog, as sometimes it's either me or my BF who brings him. My favorite part about this place is how quickly they get back to us when we place a call with a question. I'm going to start having our dog groomed here...and I'll leave a review of that, when.
I had an excellent experience here. The front office is spacious, comfortable, and has a coffee station for customers to enjoy. The desk staff were absolutely polite and helpful. My vet and techs were the same way, and treated my dog with genuine care and respect. It was an emergency visit - a complete walk in, no phone ahead even! - and my old boy was seen in well under half an hour despite not having any of his records on hand (we were traveling out of state and forgot them at home!). Very knowledgeable staff and doctors here and very clean facility. They do show that they really care about the pets that are brought in here. My only complaint is how pricey they can be, but I guess that's the price you pay for peace of mind for your pets. I just took my dog there today (6/25/15) and for just an exam, it was $39 which I thought was a bit pricey. But again, the price you pay for peace of mind.
We have lived all over the country with our three dogs and we have utilized the services of many, many vet clinics. Tiny Town Animal Clinic is by far our favorite. Our largest dog is a Giant Schnauzer and not many vet clinics know how to deal with one but Tiny Town staff sure do! They are so good with all three of our dogs. Wonderful staff and they take such great care of my dog. They go over each charge prior to services so that there are no surprises. Best vet services I've received here in Clarksville, TN.
I LOVE this clinic it is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and wonderful. The front desk girls are just amazing and funny, always make me feel welcomed when I come in. The techs are very sweet and understanding, and the Doctors are all just wonderful. I tell everyone I know to come there and everyone I have referred are just as amazed as I am. GOOD JOB
Always very welcoming. The staff is amazing and very helpful! My puppy was very sick when we first got him, and they took care of him at a decent price. They treated him like he was one of their own. Absolutely love this place! Wouldn't think about going anywhere else
I absolutely love this vet and have used them for years. However, they have changed their pricing and dental cleaning prices have tripled. I got my oldest pup's dental cleanings done in June and it cost roughly 550$. I got an estimate yesterday for my younger pup and the estimate for a cleaning and an extraction is between 1200-1700 dollars! I know prices have to go up that triple the price increase in less than a year is unimaginable.
I would prefer to give 0 stars if I could. Posting my review in order to help save a fur baby from going through what mine went through! I took my dog here for his allergies, it seems like we were always bringing him in every 2-3 months and their prescription steroids would only work and clear him up only while he was on the medication. The Prevention treatment for his allergy that they prescribed had not been working so I asked to board him while they were prescribing new meds.
