We kept getting the run around on what was wrong with our dog. had to go get a second opinion on what was wrong with her, we wont be coming back to this location at all. they give you a run around to be able to get more money out of their patients
I have called multiple times in the last few months to try to get our dogs and cats in there for an examination and to update their immunizations and they have never had any openings. Same goes for boarding. So, I cannot rate their services but their lack of capabilities is frustrating. I have to drive over to Dover Road to find care for my pets and to Woodlawn for boarding. TTAC is so close to where we live but out of reach for any services. So frustrating.
Business response:
Mr. Canterbury, We have recently hired additional qualified staff and veterinarians, so that we can care for more patients every day! Starting soon we should be able schedule more new clients. If you can call me at Tiny Town Animal Clinic at 931-647-2800 I would like to discuss your pets needs. Thank You, Jessica Sullivan, CVPM
We have Jack Russell that wasn't eating and drinking. We took him to the vet and found out he has kidney failure. He was hospitalized on the 6th of this month. He was at the vet for five days and then sent home with medication and a special diet. We gave him all medication as told to us and he stopped eating again. We took him back to the vet on the 14th. The vet said he was dehydrated and that he had taken him off the IV to soon. We picked him up today- July 20th. We had paid $2000.00 for the first treatment which the vet,... read more
I got lied to from this vet. They said they aren't taking new clients, but last week they were with full availability. Seems really messed up.
It took over 35 minutes after my dog's appointment to even speak to anyone, i had to call was put on hold for over 14 minutes. My dog was obviously not a priority, we just left without being seen.
I was referred to this vet when I adopted a cat from the shelter. The cat was sickly and in pain and had bad effects that I have NEVER seen an animal go through after simply being fixed. This vet also padded the bill by adding everything they could. When I picked up my cat I asked about a pain shot that my normal vet gives to all animals that have surgery it keeps them pain free for days.. Tiny Town vet office had never even heard of this. They do NOT know what they are doing and WILL take advantage of you. And they ... read more
My wife and I decided to give them another chance for our cats. I posted a Google review after are last visit about how pricey they were. they called me a few minutes ago and pretty much said we are refusing service till you remove your review. This is crazy and does not help them one bit. How are you going to try and impose your will about an honest review. I said nothing out of line. But now your customer service is horrible. Do not use this people! Go else where! Bad business practices and it will catch up with them.
My experience.... If you choose this place for your fur baby I hope it goes differently. I made my Yelp just to review! I recently adopted a new dog and got recommended to come here. Not my cup of tea I'll say. First call came to ask if I wanted the adoption package if not I still owed them six dollars after the shelter vouchers like this girl was adamant to get those six so I chose the package it seemed great for a new dog. No expense is a problem for piece of mind with research if needed. I was told in the adoption package... read more
We brought our dogs Jersey and Josie to tiny town animal clinic to be groomed. Just a little history on our good boy Jersey. About a year ago he was nipped with clippers during a grooming at mutz cuts in Clarksville. After that he has not been the same getting groomed, he had so much anxiety we decided to go with a vet clinic that also grooms. We chose Tiny Town Animal Clinic and they assured us they would not have any issues and they would use a light sedative. The first two times Jersey was groomed the effects of the ... read more
