The staff was so kind and helpful! They took my dog from me as soon as I entered the building so I had my hands available to help with my two kids. They also had snacks available which helped keep my kids happy during my dog's exam. They had a TV in the room on silent but it was enough to keep my kids occupied with the cartoons. The vet and the vet tech we're very willing to answer any and all of my questions. They did not put any products on me which I was very grateful for. I absolutely love the staff here. Always see my pup on a short notice and embrace her as if it's their dog. If something's going on with her they let me know and also give me an estimate of how much it will cost. Dr Mitchell is my favorite but have enjoyed all of the Drs and Vet Techs!! Highly recommend.
We were on the road in our Motor home & staying at a nearby RV park. On 4/2/17, a Sunday morning, of course, one of our cats had not been eating or acting normal for a few days. I called & within minutes a tech returned the call, sorry didn't get her name. Since we didn't have a car, a second call was necessary at what time to meet. I love Tiny Town Animal Clinic. I love the staff, I love the environment, I love the random cats and dogs there, and I love how they treat each of their fur clients. I've been taking my baby fur boy to this vet since he was just 7 weeks old and he is almost two years old now. There's one girl in particular, I think her name was Rachel, but she is so wonderful! Started coming here recently and they're amazing. All the staff members always have great attitudes and always give my pup lots of love. Would recommend!
My baby Lilly (German shepherd) was attacked yesterday by two dogs. I brought her in to get her fixed up and the staff at tiny town animal clinic were so on top of their game. She stayed overnight to have surgery and was well taken care of. The staff made sure that I was educated on everything that they were doing and what to expect. My pup is here at home and taking it easy. I am so grateful for all the staff there and I recommend taking your fur babies there.
Had such a great experience taking my scared 9year old cockapoo. They took me in a room right away (maybe bc they saw I had an active 1 year old who didn't want to be in a stroller , thanks anyways bc it helped me not be so stressed!!!) The ladies were so sweet and gentle with my doggy. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and the Vet was great!!!! I will be using them for my doggy needs. Would not trust my pet with any other vet in town. My dog gets so excited being here. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and they remember myself and my dog! Boarding rates are reasonable. I love this place and I am so sad we are PCSing. Wish we could take this vet with us.

People who have issues about the cost of treatments at Tiny Town for their pets or can not afford services right upfront, should look into and apply for a Care Credit card. I did not know about this and was torn about the costs for care, when a helpful technician referred me to that service, which eventually helped me out immensely. The veterinary technicians were very professional and especially caring, when dealing with my beautiful cat. Dr. Lietzau was informative and briefed me about the severity of my cat's illness.
