Over 9 years ago we got our loyal partner, Doc, from the El Paso Human Society and yesterday we said our goodbyes to him with the wonderful support of Amy Mcintire, DVM and Jessica, Vet Tech. I just can't even put into words how comfortable they made our experience and how accommodating and crucially compassionate they were during the whole process. Overall, this is a great vet. I have taken five different animals of mine here and it's been great. The employees have always been so sweet and they have been kind to all of my babies. They have fixed two of my cats and two dogs with zero complications or issues. They have the sweetest kitty pets that roam around too.

I have nothing but good to say about this clinic. The young doctor my dog sees, Dr. Stephanie is truly the most caring doctor my dog has seen.

Extremely friendly and seemingly well organized for COVID as customers wait in their cars. Only 4 stars because I was there for 2 hours. That being said the vet talked in the phone for 20 minutes with me detailing several issues. Some things she said she'd note for me she didn't so I had to call back for clarity on three things. Overall happy but plan to be here a while as they are busy.

Phone service... WACK. I was left on hold for 14 minutes and asked my husband to call on his phone and they answered his questions immediately. Other than that decent walk-in service.

I would recommend tiny town to anyone! Our dog got very sick and I can't even count the times we came in the past two weeks. Most of the people working there know our pups name now. Everyone that helped us was so sweet and nice. I felt very well taken care of. Dr Blake is also amazing. He is very patient and will take his time explaining what is going on and what the best plan of action is. I called him twice in one day and he listened and answered all my questions. I have used Banfield Animal hospital for the past 15+ years. After my last dog passed away, I adopted a stray from animal control. They recommended I take her to Tiny Town Animal Clinic for her veterinary needs. My stray had sarcoptic mange, was 15lbs underweight, and needed to be spayed. The team at Tiny Town welcomed me with open arms! They have been so kind and patient with me as I took on a new dog in need. In the past 7 weeks that I've had my dog, we have had several visits. I gave them 5 stars because everyone was amazing and very friendly! They treated my pup hank great and took great care of him and told me lots of information to help me care for him. Special thank you to Morgan !!! I also think the price for the care that was given was excellent I was thinking it would be more than what is was. We were walk in but was taking back right away.

I always take my dogs to them! They've always been so wonderful to my pups, the vets and vet techs are always so friendly and nice. I get such a good vibe from the atmosphere in there. My first visit they gave me a binder and put all of my dogs info in there as well. I always recommend this vet when people ask me where to go.
