Get directionsWorst “care” ever. They sent their X-Ray tech Karen in to swab me as I have been painfully sick for a few days. and she held my head so hard against the wall it was miserable. She gets both done and causes my nose to start bleeding. Then they came in and said they needed to do it again. I walked out in tears. I came down the road to Exceptional ER and they were so timely and totally different bedside manor when doing the swabs!! Do not go if you want to leave feeling worse than when you went in.

I’m just upset because I went In thinking I tore something in my knee. That was stated before they took me back & it wasn’t until waiting 2 hours in an empty ER that they let me know they don’t do mri’s, can’t prescribe mri’s, & had me take an X-ray instead. It was a waste of time & money. Paid $150 for someone to tell me that I have To go to their other TLC located in calallen & pay another $150 to do what I initially Asked for.

My nurse dressed my wound that would have needed stitches if it wasn’t in a highly mobile area with bacitracin and Coban tape…not even any gauze. Also had to remind her that I would need a tetanus vaccine. Overall staff was friendly but definitely needs some help with dressing a wound.

Excellent care The RN and the XRay technician were excellent received very good care. The only complaint was waiting a long time to see the physician. It took very long for the visit

The nurse was wonderful I give her 5 Star and the X-ray Technician was also 5 Star I was not happy I had to wait to long to see the doctor That is my only complaint

Don't waste your time or money with any of these places. Will take your money and send you off with simply a theory. Go to a general doctor and have them send you to necessary tests for definite diagnosis.

My husband is still in pain and having problems. Essentially, cost us 500 to get a prescription for pain that he doesn't even respond to.

Everyone was friendly. I was tired. I have a rattle in my chest that was apparently not noticable yesterday but got worse later I the day. My throat didn't hurt at the time of the visit but became very severe later and went into my ears. Maybe just bad timing. I can't afford another office visit. I have been using home remedies. I have never had Tamaflu before, so I don't know how well it is or isn't working.
