I received exceptional service from Rudy who came to my house to turn off my swamp cooler and turn on my furnace. He took extra time to make sure that the furnace was working really well and even went out of his way to install my new smoke alarm for me. He went above and beyond what I could have expected from the usual service and I appreciate his help very much.

We chose TLC Plumbing & Utility to replace our broken hot Water Heater and we were very satisfied with our choice. The cost was reasonable and the Service Technician, Travis M*****, did an outstanding job. He was prompt and arrived when he said he would. He was competent and did the job surprisingly fast. TLC, specifically Eric B, came to the house within an hour of calling. Our hot water tank was leaking from the top. He explained that when installed, a different company used parts with the improper metal, and as such it was extremely corroded inside. He replaced everything with the proper parts, showed me how to turn the water off at the tank instead of the street, and drained the tank.
